Witch Hunt playlist

Okay, so here it is – the playlist I keep promising you! I get my best ideas when listening to music and I envision moments and scenes when listening to a good tune. Of course I have to share it with you all. You’ll notice that some songs on the list would have come out later than I had written the book. That’s because if I hear a tune on the radio I’d think ‘that would be awesome for that moment’! There aren’t many, but here are some memorable tracks for me…

Here goes:

The very beginning: Summer of 69 – Bryan Adams

Dorian fighting in Tavistock: Zombie Nation – Kernkraft 400

Oliver and Melissa on the bridge at Postbridge: Hey, Soul Sister – Train

Driving through Stockholm: Paradise – Coldplay

Stockholm night club: Pretty Green Eyes – Ultrabeat / Addicted to love – Robert Palmer

Melissa and Oliver enjoying discovering Dorian’s house together: Secrets – OneRepublic

Nick dances with Melissa as Dorian watches: I Won’t Give Up – Jason Miraz

Melissa and Dorian first collide: Ring my bells – Enrique

Dorian fights for Melissa’s escape when the house is attacked: Injection – Hans Zimmer (love this)

Melissa meets Dorian as a Moroghai in her dream world: Gimme Love – Ed Sheeran

Cheri presents her army, readying for battle on the Yorkshire Moors, to Oliver: North – Paul Mounsey

Melissa leads the other students from their cells to the front of the house and then onto battle: Love the Way You Lie – Eminem and Rihanna

Melissa leaves to live with Dorian: Ho Hey – The Lumineers

It’s not a very long list, but if you have any track suggestions then please let me know, I would love to hear them!

This is awesome! Funnily enough, I have done the same thing for my book! I put the playlist on Spotify and it is the weirdest mix of music ever haha. Looking forward to reading your book in full :)
